On January 27, RA President Armen Sargsyan, based on the RA Prime Minister\u2019s proposal, signed a decree, according to which Armella Shakaryan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United Mexican States (residence in Mexico).<\/span><\/p>\n
