On April 12, 2019, the first meeting of the National Assembly-Civil Society Cooperation Platform was held.\u00a0 The meeting was devoted to\u00a0the problems and solutions of the Women in the Labor Market. <\/em><\/p>

The objective of the meeting was to discuss the policy recommendations and proposals aimed at improving the legislation and develop a joint agenda to promote women\u2019s involvement in the labour market.<\/p>

The meeting participants were the vice president of the National Assembly Lena Nazaryan, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Zhanna Andreasyan, MPs, officials of the RA Government and state structures, representatives of Civil Society, human rights groups, trade unions, private sector, international organizations, and experts. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

The meeting was organized by the OxYGen Foundation with the support of the National Democratic Institute (NDI)<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
